In cloudy conditions or if the sun is intermittent any solar power will be directed to power-up the lithium battery inside the unit.
This power can be used when you require it.
Bright white LED lights illuminate your fountain automatically at dusk.
Now we have the latest generation of solar fountains which use lithium batteries to store energy from the sun.
Lithium is seen as a preferential storage material to existing Nimh technology for a number of reasons.
